The RJM facility hosts the meetings for 11 different support groups. During these sessions, participants discuss addiction, trauma, and other related topics. The individuals that attend these meetings speak a common language: truth. They use this dialect to share their trials and tribulations, successes and failures. In doing so, the support group members exchange methods of coping and contribute to an atmosphere of recovery.

Love
After five years of meetings, a community of committed members has accumulated. As this community continues to grow, so does the love that binds our breath.

Inspiration
Every meeting brings with it a host of new ideas and stories. With this exchange comes growth and inspiration.

Honesty
In these meetings, nobody is better than anybody else. We are all family and our language reflects this sense of equality and acceptance.
More than just a Space
The recovery support meetings are a small yet vital component of the Center’s operations. They help build our constituents’ self worth and lend to the friendly atmosphere that earned RJM the official title of “safe space.” Thus, these meetings complement our distribution of physical resources, holiday events, and community work, serving as a vital tool in our effort to address the evolving needs of the Ville.
